  False Alarm Reduction Technology

Thank you for taking an interest in our products' website.

E&E was founded in 1985 and since its establishment, has seen immense growth in the security industry. However, with this growth, the industry has also witnessed an influx of false alarm problems. Currently, many cities estimate 98% of their alarm response calls are due to false alarms. This creates many conflicts for the local police department, the alarm companies and the customers as well. The fines being levied to the customer can cost upwards of hundreds of dollars. There is also an increasing trend in U.S. cities where local authorities are adopting a no response policy unless alarms are verified.

This problem needs to be taken seriously by the alarm industry, the community and the customer as well. Technologies are available in the industry to reduce false alarms in both residential and commercial applications, however very few are cost effective or reliable.  After years of research and development, E&E has developed a reliable, cost effective solution that can be used with either new or existing equipment. Our solution is the eFAR100 false alarm reduction module with Digital Verification Control technology. Our goal is to help reduce and prevent the false alarm problems that is plaguing our industry.
